While Global Social Witnessing was initially created to strengthen participants relatedness to global events, it is also ideally suited to support communities, businesses and organisations.   Witnessing practice, tailored to individual organisational needs supports purpose driven leadership, enhances organisation coherence and helps align vision and mission towards the creation of a sustainable, global future. 

Paying attention to the larger and smaller systems that any business is embedded in creates context, a depth of relatedness and knowledge of what needs to be grown and what needs to be pruned from current activities. It clarifies the purpose and role of the organisation. When this is witnessed by the whole organisation it creates understanding and purposefulness across the organisation, a collective cohesion where energy is inspired and directed towards commonly appreciated  goals.
